On October 14, accompanied by the whistle sound, the first 7000m low-temperature skid rig in China was driven out of Ocean-Land Sub-Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to Russia's oil and gas fields. It is reported that the drilling rig is the deepest low-temperature drilling equipment in China, marking a new step in the research and development capacity of low-temperature drilling rigs in China.
Low temperature drilling rig is a special drilling equipment suitable for drilling operations in alpine areas, which has special requirements for low temperature resistance of drilling rig. Nanyang No. 2 Machinery Group, as a professional backbone enterprise in the development of petroleum drilling and production equipment in China, takes the lead in the development and application of low-temperature technical materials in China. Last year, according to the needs of Russian users, the Second Machinery Group independently innovated and set up a project to tackle key problems. It started to develop 7000m low-temperature skid rig. After a short year, the first 7000m low-temperature rig was successfully developed, and it has full independent intellectual property rights.
It is understood that the 7000m cryogenic drilling rig adopts advanced digital AC frequency conversion technology, which can adjust the lifting speed, rotary speed and mud pump impulse arbitrarily according to the need to improve the power utilization rate and transmission efficiency of each component. During the design and manufacture of the drilling rig, a large number of low-temperature materials and special manufacturing processes are used to enhance the low-temperature performance of key components, which can meet the requirements of 4-inch and half-drill pipe 7000 meters deep drilling under the high-cold environment of -45 C.
The drilling rig adopts the base rotary lifting structure, which can realize the low installation of platform equipment and derrick, and relies on the winch power to lift in place as a whole. The base and derrick hoisting system share a big rope. The base and derrick are threaded once and hoisted twice, which simplifies the installation and disassembly of the drilling rig and reduces the auxiliary drilling time. The winch's main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake, which has large braking moment, high sensitivity and reliability. The disc brake handle is placed in the driller's control room, and the driller's position is changed from open-air vertical to indoor sitting, thus realizing the remote control of the driller's winch operation. Pump sets and rotary tables are driven independently and have a good man-machine integration design, which provides a comfortable working environment for drillers and reduces the labor intensity of drillers.
